Cherise bounded over, carrying a plastic bucket filled with fish. âI caught a ma*sive fish!â She eagerly displayed the bucket. âLook, itâs huge!â
Swimming in the water bucket was a fish measuring about twenty centimeters.
Cherise beamed, ready to share something with him, but her gaze suddenly locked onto the black silk obscuring Damienâs eyes. Her cheerful demeanor gradually waned.
